by email. I can either print it out, sign it and send it back or wait to do so until I arrive in Kent. Various bits of very useful info including the name of my line manager, the level at which I am being appointed (I had suspected it was not entry level and indeed it is not), and the following:
37 hours a week
26 days off per year!!!!!
I can't even hazard a guess as to how long it's been since I had either that few hours in a work week or that many days off in a year. Suffice it to say it's been a long, LONG time coming.
I still expect to work more than 37 hours a week, especially at first. But, I won't absolutely HAVE to.
Mind-boggling.
